Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to operate your account: your email address, a hashed password (for accounts that set one), and your license and purchase records. If you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord ID and username so we can link your account and sync your roles.

We also keep limited technical data — IP addresses at sign-in and purchase, and the device identifier a license binds to — which we use only for security, license enforcement, and fraud prevention. IP addresses are never shown to other users.

Your data is used to provide the service, deliver license keys, process payments through our providers, send account and transactional email, and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by PayPal and Cash App. We store the transaction identifier and status to confirm your purchase and issue your license, but we never receive or store your card details or payment credentials.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected with secure cookies, and administrative access is restricted. We log security-relevant events and unusual sign-in activity to keep accounts safe.

You can update your password from the dashboard and request deletion of your account by contacting support@kyrovolt.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
