Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Kyrovolt. Because the software delivers a license key and access immediately on purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Requests outside this window, or after substantial use, may not be eligible.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available for:
- A change of mind after the license has been activated.
- Performance results that fall short of expectations but vary by hardware.
- Licenses shared, resold, or used in a way that breaks the Terms.
- Expired plans, or licenses removed after the grace window.
- Purchases where a chargeback or dispute has already been filed.
How to request
Email support@kyrovolt.com from your account address with your transaction ID and a brief description of the issue. Most requests are reviewed within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Manual payment methods
For CashApp and other manually verified payments, refunds are issued through the same method used for the original transaction once the payment has been confirmed on our end.
